The formula features:
Glutathione- A tripeptide helps lighten skin by regulating melanin production. GSH binds to Tyrosinase and helps prevent the enzymatic pathways from producing melanin. Also, it is capable of preventing damage caused by reactive oxygen species.
Alpha-Arbutin- A biosynthetic functional ingredient promotes skin lightening and an even skin tone on all skin types. It reduces the degree of skin tanning after UV exposure as well as helps reduce the appearance of pigments.
Niacinamide- A vitamin B derivative that improves the appearance of aged, hyperpigmented and photodamaged skin can smooth the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.
Betain- Due to its ability to water retention, betain delivers superior hydration and plump up the skin temporary giving the skin a much smoother look and silky feel.
Ascorbyl glucoside- A stable form of vitamin C is a potent antioxidant which protects the skin from oxidative damages while improving the appearance of aged and fragile skin and correcting hyperpigmentation and age spots.
Trehalose- It owes antioxidant and rehydrating properties plus, water binding capacity helps to keep the skin hydrated and soothe skin.
Safflower- Rich in linoleic acid, Safflower promotes the overall texture, unclogs the pores and reduces rashes and acne. It also facilitates the regeneration of new skin cells.
Arazyme – Patented as the first biologically derived dermabrasion, which is an extracellular protease (51.5kDA) extracted from a Korean orb spider (Nephila clavate). This highly versatile enzyme-based therapeutic agent selectively breaks down corneodesmosomes – a class of proteins that hold corneocytes together- thus, loosens up the dead skin cells. Furthermore, Arazyme replenishes ceramides to promote skin barrier function to maintain skin’s natural moisture balance while protecting against external aggressions. Besides, it reduces redness and soothes irritation.
The formula is free of parabens, mineral oils, alcohol, silicones, artificial fragrance and colourants.
